  • [FAQ] Please try "Clear cache" when you have any trouble with this app
    When you have any trouble with this app, please try "Clear cache" following steps below:

    1. Quit the app completely.
      Restart your iOS device. (see: HT1430:Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting)
      If you know how to quit the app with 'recently used apps', it's better way to quit the app.

    2. Clear cache.
      Tap the 'Setting' icon in home screen to launch settings app.
      You can find 'Daily JCE' item by scrolling down the screen.
      Tapping the item, you see a switch named 'Clear cache'. Please set it 'ON', then push the home button to be back to the home screen.

    3. Try using 'Daily JCE.'
